Union Brewery
Our
very own micro brewery is now producing our own two unique
beers which is on tap now and ready for drinking.
The state of the art micro brewery is housed in a purpose-built
brewery opposite the restaurant. Diners can view the large
copper and wood-clad vats through the large picture windows.
The ingredients are all English with the malt coming from
Tuckers Maltings in Newton Abbot and the hops from Kent.
A blend of three varieties of hops has been selected:

Goldings

Brambling Cross

Fuggles
Using only traditional ingredients and methods we will
produce two ales: Union Pride at about 4.5% ABV and Union
Jacks at about 3.8% ABV. Each brew will produce 3 x 36
gallon barrels and it will only be available in the Dartmoor
Union.
