As we move from winter to spring, a great variety of vegetables
become available.
Purple sprouting broccoli is very much in season, as are spring
greens, cabbages and leeks.
Salmon, Pollack and Sea Trout are the best offerings from the
sea, whilst rabbit and hare are the pick of the game.
As ever, we will, throughout the month, incorporate as many
of these fresh, great quality ingredients into our dishes as
possible, our menus will change often to reflect different times
of the year and seasonal choices.
Starters
Carrot & coriander soup 3.95
